SUNY Cortland

Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Geography from SUNY Cortland, Tony started his career first as a digital cartographer at Vernon Graphics, Inc. where he soon became Project Lead for various clients. Tony left after 5 years and moved on to...

Texaco

...where he began an 18 year career in the oil and energy field at Texaco Inc. at their corporate HQ in New York. Most of those years were spent in the Information Technology department, but Tony did spend 3 years in the Corporate Communications Division managing the corporate website, www.texaco.com, and other web initiatives.

Readers Digest

After the merger with Chevron, Tony and family decided not to relocate to California and he took a contract position with Readers Digest where he managed the creation and launch of the new website for Rachael Ray, www.rachaelraymag.com. Following the launch, the website generated almost one million dollars of magazine subscriptions in only 6 months.

A&E Television Network

Following the RD gig, it was off to A&E Television Network contracting as a Sr. Web Producer creating various sites such as Gene Simmons: Family Jewels, Miami CSI, and The Sopranos for the network.

Clemson University

From there, it was on to Clemson University for a year as Sr. Web Manager and then as a Project Manager for a small web development firm before deciding to start his own company... Inverness Technology Group.
